遞交申請表時，請附下列證明文件之影印副本及出示正本以作核實。 |

Please enclose a copy of the following documents and present the original documents for verification. ● 學生的香港身份證 /護照 Student's H.K. ID Card / Passport ● 學生的小五及小六成績表 School reports of P5 and P6 ● 中一自行分配學位申請表 Application Form for Secondary One Discretionary Place ● 其他附加資料（如證書或獎狀等，尺寸不超出 A4） Other relevant documents (certificates and awards not bigger than A4 size) |

附上兩個貼上$2.2 郵票及寫上申請人姓名及地址之白色回郵信封。 |

所有申請學生將獲邀參與面試，日期為 2026 年 3 月 7 日，詳情將另行通知。 |

納入自行分配學位。統一派位結果將於2026年7月7日公佈。 We will notify parents of successful applicants of their children's inclusion in the Successful Lists for Discretionary Places by letter and phone on 31 March 2026. The results of the Central Allocation Scheme by the EDB will be released on 7 July 2026. |
